'THEY BRING A CAMERA, YOU BRING A PEN'

I've been interviewed about writing 'The Great British Heist'

After being invited by producer/director Phil West to write the script for his latest film 'The Great British Heist', I was interviewed for the making of blog currently tracking the film as it goes through production.  Read all about it on the link below.

DOCUMENTING ZERO?

New project in pre-production

I'm excited to say I'm joining forces with a fellow filmmaker and friend to create a documentary based on my critically acclaimed show 'Patience : Zero'.  Exploring how men deal with fertility and IVF issues, we are currently in pre-production on what will be a unique mix of live show document and full on documentary.  Updates as we have something interesting to say.

LST Studios have commissioned two new scripts from me

The prolific no-budget film studio LST have commissioned me to work on two projects. Firstly, I have completed a full script for 'The Great British Heist', a heist/hostage thriller with a modern spin on exploitation movies. Secondly, I have written a treatment for the mysterious, largely to be improvised, chase thriller, The Fractured Sea.

PODDING ALONG WITH THE THERAPEUTIC POET

I was recently invited on a podcast to discuss my latest Fringe show

After catching my show in Edinburgh, I was invited by poet and therapist Jackie Power onto her excellent podcast 'The Therapeutic Poet', where we discussed struggling to conceive, IVF, loss, and what it's like to turn those painful experiences into a comedy show.

A RETURN TO THE FRINGES..... A NEW SHOW

I'm on my way back to Edinburgh with a new show in tow

After an enforced injury-based/whole world shut-down absence from the fringe, I will be returning to Edinburgh this year with my new show 'Patience : Zero'. Somewhere between stand-up and theatre, this show is heart-tugging, funny (hopefully) show about the struggles of becoming a parent

I'M ON RADIO 4, DON'T YOU KNOW

Myself and Alexander Bennett are appearing on Lemn Sissay's show

The weird and wonderful world of 'Dan vs Food' keeps on feeding us, now with an appearance on Radio 4.  We were asked to appear on 'Lemn Sissay's Social Enterprise' to discuss the show, why we did it, and why we chose to raise money for Fareshare.

Stay up-to-date with an occasional email from me.  Rest assured, it will only be relevant to creative projects I'm involved in and won't be often, as I am too lazy. Your email will never be given to a third-party.  I hate parties.
